THE 2015 South African Single-Seaters (SASS) championship gets underway at Zwartkops Raceway on Saturday, March 21, round two of the Extreme Festival. This season the SASS field will be made up of the Formula Ford Duratecs on the national front and the Formula Ford Kent Regional Championship.

This year’s Extreme Festival series kicked off its 2015 programme in spectacular manner at the Zwartkops Raceway near Pretoria on Saturday, February 21. The season’s experiment of combining national championship and club racing on the same bill got the nod of approval from a large crowd, which was fully entertained throughout a 21-event programme.
