With the Super Series categories, having to be accommodated in the expanded Extreme Festival calendar, for the first time, there was a delay in the publication of the 2015 racing calendar. As a result, wedding dates had to be set, before the racing calendar was published and ended up clashing with the racing calendar, when it eventually came through! |
| Missing from the Zwartkops line up, will therefore be the 2015 Association Chairman Johan Gouws, who will be getting married that day, while the other Wedding, on the day, will see the absence of at least two of the Renexcon cars, raced by three times SA National Formula Vee Champion Peter Hills and his sons, along with the Rhema 2, of two times SA National Formula Vee Champion Anthony Taylor! At this point, it is still not yet certain, whether the other Renexcon Rhema 2, of Henk Swanepoel and the Calex Rhema 2, of Danny de Bruyne will be in the field, or not. |
| Fortunately, despite Greg Wilson’s wedding taking place a week before the Zwartkops event, both the Reflex Solutions Forzas, of Greg and his Best Man, Michael Mastnak, have been entered for the race! Heading the Zwartkops line up, will be the reigning double SA National Champion Jaco Schriks (Rhema 2), four times SA National Formula Vee Champion Alan Holm (Office Direct Rhema 2), Wilson and Mastnak, Gert Van den Berg (BP Nantes Motors Rhema 2), ex-Champion Symm Grobler (Rhema 2), Ben Pienaar (BJ Pro Welding Rhema 2), Brad Benningfield (Nashua Rhema 2), Barry du Plessis (Tri-Star Construction Rhema 1) and Ernie Vermaak (Beta Vision). |
| Also expected to be in the final line up, should be Luschen Ramchander (Miami Products and Services Forza), Riccardo Tafani (Club Refrigeration Forza), Trystan Alford (CG Print Rhema 2) and Geoff Tugwell. (Tugwell Tooling and Design Vemax Vee). |
