The spectacular Legends V8s of the 1960s generation go, go, go with 4 on the floor and the liberation of speed.
There should be 20 competitors in this event with entries from Holland – “The Dutch Safari” legendary by Michiel Campagne in his fearsome 7-liter Galaxie. Entries from the UK include Mustangs and Camaros on equal terms, with Ben Morgenrood’ s Mustang and the du Toit brothers’ Nova and Ford Thunderbolt, big Graeme Nathan in the Chevelle, Hennie Groenewald in the Mercury Comet. The Cougar, with a dark horse driver The BIG red Galaxie 177 with Lee Thompson cannot be discounted after its re-lead.

Class B will see Paige Lindenberg’s Fairlane being challenged by Jonathan Needham in his acquired Mustang.
The Under 2 Liter brigade with Alan Poulter’s Volvo, Carel Pienaar’s Lotus Cortina, and the Alfa GTs and Giulias are there to upset the upper class of some V8s.
This event is unique for cars and drivers who embody the go, go, go generation with 4 on the floor and very little by way of road-handling cars.
