As of Sunday, 15th March 2020 a National state of health emergency was declared by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Zwartkops Raceway IS implementing the following precautions with immediate effect:
- All who come on-site will be required to sanitize their hands at the main gate
- Soap, water and hot air hand dryers will be available in all bathrooms
- Catering staff will be required to wear masks and gloves at all times
- Gathering of more than 100 people will be restricted
With regards to our bookings:
- WEDNESDAY OPEN PRACTICE
- We will allow a maximum of 50 riders/drivers – first come first served basis
- 4th APRIL – EXTREME FESTIVAL
- Unfortunately we have no choice but to postpone this event until further notice
- 5th APRIL – SUPERTRAXSUNDAY
- We will allow a maximum of 50 drivers – first come first served basis
- EASTER WEEKEND
- Zwartkops will have a complete shutdown over the Easter weekend
You can reduce your risk of infection if you:
- Clean hands frequently with soap and water
- Avoid close contact (1 metre or 3 feet) with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms
- Cover nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with a tissue or flexed elbow
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO ZWARTKOPS RACEWAY IF:
- You have travelled overseas in the past 3 weeks
- Have any flu-like symptoms (runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever, difficulty breathing)
- Have had any contact with anyone with COVID 19.
